        Verdict

        Several have been threatening a return to winning ways including course and distance runner-up Chica De La Noche. Duke Cosimo found only one too good at Newcastle last week while My Society debuts on the all-weather having finished second at Salisbury last time and a tongue-tie is applied today. BABYFACT is yet another to finish runner-up on her latest outing but she was winning off a 10lb higher mark last year and Malcolm Saunders’ mare may prove good enough having shown signs of a resurgence at Wolverhampton last week.
