Verdict
Let's take SILAAH to win this in handicap company at the first time of asking, while Lucayos is entitled to go close. The selection was a ready course and distance scorer in a maiden last month, and the handicapper has given him a mark of 77 for this handicap debut. That looks very fair based on his win, and with a good pitch here we will take him to follow up. Lucayos has to concede 3lb to the selection and is no lost cause after some good recent handicap efforts over this trip. He has the experience then, but he may just be vulnerable to an improver. Dvinsky is respected from a good yard going pretty well and has a course and distance win to his name from just 3lb lower than today's mark so he should be in the mix. Dazzling Bay is thrown in on his old form so he can't be ruled out in spite of a 4lb rise for going close at Wolverhampton, while Rasaman probably just needs the handicapper to relent. The lucky last can go to Silaah.
