CLAIRVOYANCE may be able to provide John Gosden with a quickfire double by getting the better of Goolagong and White Finch. The selection made her debut over course and distance in November and produced a pleasing display to finish a length behind a well backed, and potentially smart, filly of Henry Cecil's. She could be above average herself and be hard to peg back. Goolagong took on the colts at Sandown and emerged with plenty of credit for finishing fourth over seven furlongs despite being caught wide on the track. She looks to be a nice prospect for this season over this trip and beyond and should go well. Seminova is clearly of interest given her connections and the market may be the best guide to her chances with a number of those from the yard in need of their initial experience but Shades Of Grey and White Finch also make some appeal. The former is related to a winner at around this trip but her well bred rival from Kingsclere could be of more interest on this occasion. However, they'll need to know what's required in order to get the better of Clairvoyance.
