In depth

Verdict

Streamline finished in front of Lord Rapscallion when scoring at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago but he found MAY SONIC too good over track and trip before that when the latter made a winning reappearance. Charlie Hills’ charge also had the re-opposing Nigel Nott back in third on that occasion and another bold bid from the front is expected. Barbill is unexposed on the all-weather but both Great Ambassador and Gulliver drop back down in trip with the latter preferred on last year’s victory in the Sprint Trophy at York.
