    Verdict

TO THE BAR was set a stiff task in Listed company at Lingfield on his reappearance but never figured having run into traffic problems in the closing stages. Richard Hughes’ charge gets another chance on his handicap debut. The returning Tawleed also makes his handicap bow having ended last year with a victory at Leicester and has been gelded since while Fangorn returned to action with a good effort in novice company over track and trip. Thunder Of Niagara signed off last term with a below-par run in testing ground but is preferred to the remaining pair back on the all-weather.
