Verdict

WESTERNER LADY has thrived on summer ground over hurdles and showed battling qualities at Galway that will stand her in good stead over fences. She looks a very nice prospect and can make a successful debut though she wouldn't want too much rain. Hard To Call looks more of a staying type having already scored between the flags and on heavy going over hurdles. He's been a bit outpaced over shorter on his two starts over fences and this looks certain to suit. Sizing Alberta landed a maiden hurdle at Roscommon on soft going and was well supported on his handicap debut on quicker ground at Killarney but ran so poorly that something could have been amiss. Dallas Cowboy hasn't shown much in two starts over fences but is another who should do better over this trip while winning hurdler Kilkishen is bred for jumping the bigger obstacles.
