In depth

Verdict

DARK KRIS makes a quick reappearance after his best run for some time at Gowran last week where he just failed to concede 17lb to Praying Mantis. A repeat may be good enough. Dance Emperor is on a very long losing run but has dropped in the weights accordingly as has his new stablemate Angel's Trumpet, though he has a long absence to overcome. The veteran Munfallet has been going well though wouldn't want much more rain nor would Blue Raven, who dead-heated for his debut success in a big field on good ground at Naas. No Way Jack's strike-rate of 2-84 is off-putting while Harbanaker is still a maiden though he's run a bit better the last twice.
