Mister Bells scored over an extended 2m6f at Limerick but was beaten 19 lengths when runner-up to AVEC ESPOIR (NAP) at Tipperary. The winner has been raised 10lb but was eased right down at the finish and should complete a double in that sort of mood. Stealthy Tom hadn't shown much over fences but reverted to hurdling at Wexford in May and justified strong support. He ran well over timber at Roscommon last month and return to fences on an 11lb lower mark so looks a major threat. Allardyce is 15lb lower than his last winning mark over fences though that was a long time ago.
