Verdict
Vivianite found only one too good at Tipperary and the Curragh last month and Mick Halford’s filly has to go on the short-list here. The stable also run the less-exposed Spirit Of Big Bang but he has a few lengths to find with FRIDTJOF NANSEN, who was only beaten a length over track and trip before a close-up third at Galway. He should have won before now but gets a final chance today ahead of Would Be King, who has become very disappointing given he was placed in a Group 3 and a Listed race as a juvenile and also on his reappearance. Encantador looks a better bet than Shareva for each-way backers.
