Verdict

A modest claiming race but RITA’S MAN arrives in the best form after going close carrying top weight in a Musselburgh handicap and should be bang there at the finish with a similar effort. Star Of Zaam has every chance at the weights but was still well beaten in a plating race over 7f here last time though Keir Hardie’s best effort so far came at Chelmsford on his only start over today’s trip. The remainder all have a bit to find on today’s terms and even more to find on recent form.
