      In depth

      Verdict

Musicality was only beaten a length by favourite and subsequent winner Aristocratic Lady on his belated debut over course and distance and further improvement is likely but it may be worth giving another chance to BLAZING HOT. James Tate’s colt was hampered at the start in a Class 4 handicap at Haydock earlier this month but was staying on strongly in the closing stages. It’s difficult to see any of the others figuring on what little they’ve shown so far.
