In depth
Verdict
An interesting contest to end with and neither of the three-year-old can be left out of the equation, especially the filly Noble Lady, who after just three runs on the All-Weather, is open to any amount of improvement on this turf debut, while And Toto Too is as tough as old boots and will be having her 28th start. She holds her form well, but she lacks the scope of the Prescott filly. However, the experience of Pinchbeck may prove decisive. He is a tough colt, and with plenty of rain forecast for the region, he should have his ideal conditions for the first time this year. Another who will relish underfoot conditions is Look Here Now, who confirmed his well-being when touched off by Ashtree Belle at Newbury earlier this month. However, one note of warning, is that his stable are finding winners hard to come by. Old favourite Juwwi would be thrown in on his best form and is certainly one to consider as is stablemate Full Spate, even though the latter has been below his best of late. Another old-timer Fire Dome has been a grand servant in his time and won't mind any give underfoot, but he may just need this after a break. So Pinchbeck is a rather hopeful selection in what is a wide open contest.
