In depth

Verdict

Sharjah has been placed in his last six starts at Dundalk including by just over a length by Rockfish last month. Andy Slattery's veteran has a decent weight advantage and is also very well in compared to his last winning mark on Turf. ROYAL ADMIRAL has never won but produced another good run when tackling this trip for the first time at Dundalk and just failing to concede 12lb to Shake The Bucket. He can take this though Flamma Clarus is interesting at the bottom of the weights having had just four runs, the latest over 2m at Dundalk. Exclusive Waters was behind the selection last time but has managed to win eight races and is well treated if anywhere near his best.
