        Verdict

        Rated 71, Strawberry Sorbet has the edge over Kelvin Hall and Katie Canford on these terms having gone close when third here last time. But the latter trio all look pretty exposed and are worth taking on. Performer may well have improved from a modest debut effort at Haydock in June but COLD FUSION has the more recent form over track and trip with a close-up fourth here a fortnight ago. She gets the nod with the half-sister to six winners, Mon Petite Etoile, making most appeal of the newcomers.
