Verdict
The form of Sinnomore's latest start looks good in the context of this race and helps the son of Sinndar to a tentative selection over Cordier, who should appreciate the step up in trip and is the preferred runner from the David Loder camp, and Red Sans, whose previous effort was boosted by the horse that finished third earlier in the week and a similar performance gives him place claims. Bella Miranda, who is by the same sire as the selection, does throw a spanner in the works, as she was not given a hard time on her introduction and, as a 100,000gns purchase, her connections will not doubt be expecting her to pay her way pretty soon. Loder has booked Neil Callan for the ride, which is an obvious plus for her chance. She is definitely one to monitor in the betting. However, Sinnomore shaped with plenty of promise at Wolverhampton when he was last out and, with having been given a sensible amount of time to recover, Eddie Ahern may be left to rue the switch to Cordier if, as expected, Sinnomore relishes the step up to ten furlongs today.
