Verdict
Just 10 runners for this two-year-old sprint which should concern Helibel, Aperitif and Darting, with the former getting the nomination. Amanda Perratt does not have too many runners on the all weather so this one has to be given plenty of respect. The daughter of Pivotal ran a blinder at Brighton late last month when just touched off by Averline over six furlongs, the drop in trip today should be ideal and she will be a tough nut to crack. The Willie Haggas trained Aperitif should improve on his recent outings at Nottingham and Warwick and should be in the shake up. But the main danger to the selection could be Gerard Butler's Darting who has showed enough in maidens at Newmarket and Redcar to suggest a race of this calibre is well within his compass. However the best turf form on show is from Helibel and she is taken to land the spoils.
