In depth
Verdict
Beluga, Ruby Too and Celestial Heights and, possibly Little Fella could be the ones to focus on here with the vote going to Beluga. Trainer Mark Pitman has a good record in these sorts of races and, unless the market suggest otherwise, could pay to follow today. Ruby Gale finished third in what looked a modest Wincanton bumper on her debut but at least comes here with experience. Celestial Heights is by a flat performer out of a jumps-bred mare but hails from a decent stable and could go well too. Watch the market for clues, particularly with regard to Brendan Powell's Kahyasi gelding Little Fella but, failing that, Beluga gets the call.
