Verdict

Bedford Flyer scored over this trip on Turf here in September then made all for a very easy victory at Newcastle three weeks ago for which he's been hit with an 11lb rise. Black Sparrow had a comfortable victory on her only visit here in August and her later defeats came on Tapeta and Fibresand. Prospect hasn't won yet and though narrowly beaten on his only Polytrack start he finished last at Catterick a month ago. NELSON GAY (NAP) produced such a good run in the Super Sprint at Newbury that he started favourite for a Chelmsford nursery and was in the lead at this trip before fading. Now back over the minimum he's taken to get off the mark.
