Verdict
Lucander is penalised for a battling victory at Windsor but there should be more to come. Bermuda Schwartz stayed on well over 7f at Epsom so it was no great surprise when he found 6f too short at Chepstow and this looks more his trip. North Point will also have found 6f much too short on his debut at Salisbury and is expected to do better while Webuyanyhorse caught the eye when staying on over 7f at Newmarket. Archie Watson's Licorice has a nice pedigree for this trip and Curtiz is related to two winners but it's RACHMANINOV who catches the eye on breeding as he's a full-brother to a 7f Listed winner and half-brother to two winners on Dirt in the USA.
