Verdict
After quickening away from Kentford Heiress at Newton Abbot, an early mistake seemed to unsettle FRANCE DE REVE at Warwick and she only stayed on once the winner had flown. She’ll need to jump a little better in this higher grade but still has untapped potential. Proper Ticket is a danger as she was trying to give market rival Alpha Carinae 12 lb at Perth having beaten Hotter Than Hell in a hack canter earlier at Southwell. Skewiff signed off last season with gutsy win over this trip at Carlisle and Isabel Williams’ claim takes care of the 5lb higher mark. Martha Brae and Storm Goddess are both useful mares but Yeavering Belle, a course and distance winner, has been unable to cope off this higher mark the last twice.
