Templepark has already won three times this season but this trip is beyond his best so a back-to-form COUP DE PINCEAU is preferred. After a modest reappearance, Paul Nicholls’ eight-year-old comfortably justified strong market support at Perth and is still well treated, despite a 5lb rise. For Good Measure came up against a Nicholls’ improver at Newton Abbot and should be winning again soon but Bigmartre didn’t convince over this trip at Kempton last year while Shoal Bay has had his limitations exposed recently. Relentless Dreamer is interesting, however, as he’s gone well here in the past and is only a pound higher than for his last victory. He also ran well at Chepstow last season following a lengthy absence.
