It's taken a while for KAKAMORA to come good over fences but he quite impressed in the manner in which he dealt with Lord Sparky at Huntingdon and that may well do his confidence a power of good. A rise of 5lb is fair and he can follow up with conditions to suit and the extra distance not expected to cause a problem. Copperhead was once rated 155 over fences and runs here off just 119, although he didn't run at all badly last time and remains of some interest. Marettimo bounced back to form here last time but this rates a tougher assignment and Jet Plane makes more appeal as a shortlist candidate. Brianstorm must improve to figure and Valsheda, Tide Times and Minella Buster have all shown a decent level of ability at various times but all three pulled up last time.
