Verdict
Chunky Lad, Tell Henry and Strange Days look the three to concentrate on in this competitive bumper and the vote is given to Strange Days. The selection won well on his debut between the flags in a fast time and although the drop in trip is a worry he looked a horse with an engine and he looks the value bet. Chunky Lad rates the main danger on his latest second behind Brave Rebellion but all his best form is on very fast ground and with rain forecast he looks worth taking on at likely odds. Tell Henry is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind Mounthenry in Ireland. That form has since been franked and with his yard in good form he should be watched in the market. Of the remainder Sweep Home was a fair fourth on his debut behind Ericas Charm and with Tony McCoy in the plate he looks sure to improve but in a race where the market will be very informative for the winner we return to Strange Days.
