Verdict
Duke Debarry won a novice event at Carlisle last month but was well beaten on his only previous run in a handicap and seems better on softer going. He may not be much value with JUST MILLY a big danger having run well over 2m4f latest on her return from a break. She’s been raised 5lb but stays this longer trip and will be hard to keep out of the firing-line with James Bowen’s claim a plus. Theatrebar may be better over a bit shorter but is starting to slip down the weights and Our Kaempfer is thrown in on past form. Lex Talionis won over 2m4f at Wincanton last month but is another who might struggle to get home and the handicapper is taking no chances with El Presente.
