Verdict

No Comment has a touch of class but it’s a long time since he got his head in front. Coolanly did at Fontwell last month but that was over fences. Tower Bridge is a Grade 1 winner over hurdles but has also been chasing lately, though hasn’t travelled over from Count Kilkenny for a holiday. First Lord De Cuet looked ready for a step up in trip at Sandown and gets it here with cheekpieces also added while Regarding Ruth won over this trip at Fakenham last season and made a winning reappearance over shorter at Warwick. GLINGER FLAME did just enough to score at Hexham and is another trying a longer distance. He should be suited on this easy track and Brian Hughes keeps the partnership intact. Teescomponents Lad has been gradually returning to form and is also worth a second look.
