    Verdict

This might be a close-run thing between MON PORT and the four-year-old Ormesher but the later is having a first run since losing his unbeaten record in a Listed race at Wetherby in November whereas the former beat a subsequent winner here last month. Al Kherb was well beaten at Ascot after winning a Catterick maiden but is back in the right grade so can’t be ignored.
