In depth

Verdict

Left Hand Drive is the pick with Mylo and Wee William as the alternatives. Brendan Duke's charge has appalling form figures before his recent win but there had been excuses for those moderate runs and with plenty of resolve demonstrated in the finish at Uttoxeter, we'll back him for a follow up. Mylo is far from straight forward. He's not guaranteed to be in the same mood as he was at Newton Abbot and he would have made more appeal had Tony McCoy been aboard. Wee William is likely to be always handy. He beat a moderate field in good style earlier in the month. Eborarry is capable though keeps his ability to himself. Learning The Blues seems to be going through the motions at the moment. Kimoe Warrior and Pure Brief look held. Brumous has had a break and the market is watched in order to see if Oliver Sherwood has been able to get to the bottom of any niggles that he had previously. Left Hand Drive looks the most reliable option in a race where many of the participants appear quirky at best.
