In depth
Verdict
Simone has won a bumper and placed here over hurdles. She attracted market support on her chasing bow at Kelso but was a little wayward in her jumping. However, going right-handed here should help and she shouldn’t be written off just yet but LADY LONDON tends to run her best races here. Rose Dobbin’s mare won over hurdles on the track around this time last year and could take all the beating if on a going day. Court Baloo has also won over timber on the course and was only beaten a head here last time but it’s a worry that he was pulled up on his only previous run over fences. Court Painter and Mission Trio look best of the rest.
