      Verdict

      DIAMONIQUE, who completed a double here a year ago, is the form pick but was engaged in the 7.05 at Newcastle last night where she looked to have just as good a chance as she does here so that result should be monitored. Orion's Bow followed a victory over this trip on sot ground at Hamilton by finishing a long way last over 6f at York. He has two ways of running but has still managed to win eight times. Red Pike is on a long losing run but has dropped 15lb in the ratings in the last year and has shown a bit more dash the last twice. Longroom was beaten in a seller here last month while Jordan Electrics needs fast ground and any rain would scupper his chances.
