      Verdict

      EURO IMPLOSION makes a quick reappearance after a close second at Ripon on Monday where he was only headed close home in a better handicap. Flood Defence was beaten 7l into second at Hamilton though was returning from a break and should be sharper. Dew Pond stays further and a strong gallop would play to his strengths but Lyford, who was bought for hurdling, showed nothing in two starts for Dan Skelton. Melabi was only beaten a head over an extended 1m4f here but then ran poorly a Leicester.
