Verdict

BUSINESS CLASS gets the narrow vote here as this Amateur Rider Series draws to a conclusion; Vertigo On Course and French Art look the main dangers. The selection has the services of one of the leading riders Vicky Barr in the saddle this afternoon. A Brazilian-bred colt, the horse was able to break his duck on these shores at Southwell last time out and a 6lb rise may not be enough to stop this Dandy Nicholls inmate from winning again. French Art has been holding his form well and Nigel Tinkler's gelding shouldn't be far away as he searches for just his second career win from 18 starts. Vertigo On Course represents a top northern yard and is unlikely to be far away as this easy track may help his chances of seeing the race out over a trip that suits. Island Music looks fairly treated, Ulysees has been in Bloom of late and has plenty of experience on his side, whilst fellow course winner Grand Diamond should give a bold sighter off top weight. A tricky race for punters, however we are happy to side with Business Class.
