Kosman's form bears close scrutiny as he made all for an emphatic victory here last month before bumping into the much improved Star Of Cashel at Roscommon. Both of those starts were over 7f on ground with plenty of give so this could prove on the short side. Eglish completed an all-weather hat-trick earlier this year but is another who may prefer another furlong and though Myrcella is best at this trip she's still a maiden after eleven starts. PIXEL POWER showed ability in maidens and caught the eye when running on over 5f on her handicap debut at Navan. There's more to come and she can get off the mark as Red Beacon is yet another who may prefer further after staying on over 7f at Dundalk.
