Taxman, Queen of Iceni and Our Choice are the three against the field here, and preference is for last time out winner Taxman. Our Choice won well on fast ground at Catterick in September and has won on the all weather since. Capable five pound claimer James Doyle looks an interesting booking and this consistent type is handicapped to win a race soon. John Dunlop's Queen of Iceni also commands interest with the stable in good form. She has been beaten only around two lengths on her two starts this season and, a winner at Goodwood last season, she looks sure to go well. Fit from an all weather campaign, Taxman won on fast ground at Yarmouth last time and is only six pounds higher here. He still looks well treated and will have gained confidence from that success. Taxman can come down hard on his opponents here.
