In depth

Verdict

Triple Cee, Ballyalla and Key Signature are the three to focus on here with Triple Cee taken to step up on a promising debut. She stayed on well at the finish to be third here and although that was on a faster surface, none of those with experience have shown much. There are a number of interesting newcomers and Richard Hannon is always to be feared with his juveniles. He saddles a debutant in Ballyalla, a daughter of Mind Games and she should be able to handle any cut in the ground. She is related to several sprint winners, and is out of a dam who won over sprint distances. She looks potentially exciting and the market should be heeded. Pat Eddery has had one or two winners recently and he saddles Key Signature, who was fifth behind Tee Cee here first time out. She can hit the frame. Tee Cee may prove good enough.
