      Verdict

      TACTICAL is penalised for winning the Listed European Free Handicap over 7f at Newmarket on his reappearance but still edges this at the weights as he won the Windsor Castle at Ascot before landing the July Stakes over today’s trip at Newmarket last yea. Happy Romance returned to winning ways in Listed company on the all-weather and is also penalised but she can confirm running with Mishal Star. She’s also preferred to Spycatcher but Creative Force has won a couple of handicaps on fast ground at Headquarters so far this year and is worth another try at this level. Whenthedealinsdone and Treena look up against it on these terms.
