Verdict
Plenty in with chances in an open event but marginal preference is for Dallaah while Nyramba, Cape Trafalgar and Tentative are the likeliest alternatives. Michael Jarvis has a particularly strong team of juveniles this year and Dallaah looked a classy sort when making an impressive winning debut at Lingfield last month. The Green Desert filly was strongly fancied to follow up when tackling the Group 3 Molecomb Stakes at Glorious Goodwood on her next start but, having made a bold attempt to make all, she was collared in the closing stages and had to settle for third behind a smart sprinting prospect. With further improvement to come, this pacey sort will take plenty of pegging back against her own sex. Cape Trafalgar has shown progressive form, rattling up a hat-trick of nursery wins this summer but her limitations were exposed last time and more is required at this level. Tentative represents a bang in-form yard but her most recent success in a Doncaster nursery still leaves her with plenty to find. Nyramba looked smart when showing a tidy turn of foot to land a Salisbury maiden on her debut in May but hasn't been seen since and is probably best watched so Dallaah looks the one to beat.
