Consultant turned in a shocker over this trip at Chepstow in the race won easily by Carp Kid, who is 5lb higher but entitled to respect. Brancaster won his last two last season but the ground may be lively enough on his reappearance. Encryption, who also returns to action, will be better suited by conditions and Buckland Boy got off the mark on Turf at Thirsk and is another to consider. FOLLOW INTELLO (NAP) was improving at Kempton in the autumn and continued that progress last month at Windsor, when he found 1m2f too short. He should have more to offer after just the five career starts and can beat more-exposed rivals.
