In depth

Verdict

Those with experience have yet to threaten including Chelmsford fifth Al Salt though the Haggas charge has been subsequently gelded and better is expected from him. But a chance is taken on the newcomer TILSIT, the first foal of a sister to a Group 3 winner and a half-sister to Kingman, as this doesn’t look a strong maiden and Charlie Hills’ colt gets a speculative vote. Dominic's Grey is a half-brother to a Listed winner in Italy while the gelding Ray's The One is related to several winners and Chardoneigh is fitted with headgear for her debut.
