Most of these step up in distance though Mabre was placed over a slightly shorter trip than this at Wolverhampton before narrowly beaten over a mile at Kempton. AMPNEY ROAD also finished third at Wolverhampton when showing a big improvement on her handicap debut. Subsequently switched to Mick Appleby’s yard, she may prove the one to side with in this. Sea Of Marmoon could improve for this extra distance now handicapping for the first time along with Girl From Mars and Cold War Steve while Lawaa has been gelded since last in action and is preferred to Brodick.
