      Verdict

      The Choisir colt SHEVINGTON hails from a yard in fine form that can boast an excellent strike-rate with its two-year-old runners at this track. He gets the vote ahead of Marford Missile who is a half-brother to prolific Polytrack winner Kipchak. Indepub is related to five winners and should go well, while the David Evans-trained Ortea will know what's expected of him on his debut. Forevertheoptimist is worth noting with Kieren Fallon booked, but Egyptian Cross may need further to show his best.
