    Verdict

Apache Warrior was well beaten over C&D in September but is better judged on his debut at Ripon when beaten only a length, while Silvers Spirit made a winning debut in a bumper but has been soundly beaten in similar events since. Situation Vacant and Miss Aix make most appeal of the newcomers but the vote goes to TRUMPINGTON STREET. He finished a close-up third to Auden in a Newmarket maiden in September and the presence of William Buick in the saddle suggests he's preferred to stablemate Tropical Beat, who refused to settle on his recent reappearance at Kempton.
