      Verdict

      Ilwadod and Sir Galahad look to be the principals here with the vote going to Ilwadod. The Mick Channon-trained selection showed improved form to score at the first time of asking this season on soft going. It's slightly surprising that he has been dropped in distance today but it should not prevent this well-bred son of Cadeaux Genereux from being competitive today. Sir Galahad has also shown form on testing going and, while his form rates little higher than the mid-fifties, that should be good enough to bag some money here. Of the others, Lady Of The Links might improve for the step up in trip and the application of a visor - but she will need to - while Fourswaindy is also likely to prove better at this trip. Overall, though, a fairly confident call goes to Ilwadod.
