Verdict
PRAESEPE was doing all of her best work at the finish last time and can improve enough to win now pitched in against her own sex, with Red Scintilla the most interesting opponent. William Haggas gave our pick a quiet education for three starts before trying her over this trip at Newmarket. Fast ground appears to suit and we hope that the long trip pays off. Red Scintilla has a Warwick win over this trip to her name but has struggled to cope with higher marks since and looks vulnerable. Sparking might do better now handicapping from a mark of just 59, while Shaluca again looks to have frame claims. Praesepe is taken to score.
