Verdict

Scorpions Sting has failed to build on a promising second at Carlisle in November while Monbeg River hasn't shown a great deal in two starts over timber so this looks a relatively straightforward task for GINGILI if he jumps with any fluency. The winner of a point-to-point in October, the five-year-old made a winning start under Rules when landing a Musselburgh bumper so should have the pace for this. Make It Happen was beaten a long way in that bumper but did a little better next time over hurdles behind Sir Vinski at Ayr.
