Verdict
Bohemian Spirit may be the answer to this tricky contest and he is taken to score at the main expense of The Butterwick Kid and Red Rampage. The selection failed to see out the trip over 3m4f last time at Stratford when fifth behind Cantarhino. He had previously won well at Cheltenham and Aintree and back to this more suitable trip he should take plenty of beating. The Butterwick Kid has got the ability to win this type of event but he has not been seen on the racecourse since May and the chances are he will probably need this run. Red Rampage should relish these conditions and he looks to have decent place prospects, although it is a slight concern that he refused at Aintree last time out. Mid Summer Lark fell on Sunday at Ayr and is given an instant opportunity to redeem himself and he remains unexposed so could be of interest. However, for the winner we return to Bohemian Spirit.
