Verdict
Silver Gunn placed over track and trip on his debut but TEONA finished runner-up in what looked a stronger maiden here on her introduction. Roger Varian’s filly finished well clear of the rest on that occasion and this extra distance will suit. Silver Horn never threatened at Nottingham but is another to note stepping up in trip and is preferred to stablemate Flight Alert. Kondo Isami is a half-brother to a Group 1 winner in Australia among others and a newcomer to keep an eye on.
