        Verdict

Cases can be made for practically everything in an impenetrable handicap but Taneen looked one to follow when romping home at Leicester. The course-and-distance winner has plenty on under joint top weight but must be shortlisted as he could well be up to Listed and Group class in time. Bounce, third in that Leicester race, now meets Taneen on significantly better terms and seems sure to be in the mix as that run was also her seasonal reappearance and she should be spot-on now. Strong Challenge is noted reverting to sprinting and Gunmetal, off bottom weight, and Show Stealer are also of interest. DANCING STAR has progressed with every start this term and looked home for all money until foiled by the late thrust of the talented Mr Lupton in a hot York sprint last month. She's raised 7lb as a result but rates a filly on the upgrade,
