Verdict

This looks difficult with some unexposed three-year-olds clashing with their elders. Cat O'mountain, Havana Cooler and Poyle Thomas represent the younger brigade. All can be expected to leave previous efforts well behind and are preferred in that order, as the former's fourth on his seasonal reappearance behind Maputo received a major boost when Mark Johnston's charge careered away with a seemingly competitive handicap here earlier in the week. The main standard bearer for the older battalions is COUSIN KHEE and he receives the narrowest of votes after an excellent placed effort in the Cumberland Plate last time. He still seems to be progressing on the Flat and his overall profile indicates that 1m4f is his ideal trip. Willie Wag Tail has place claims despite conceding weight all round in what could prove an informative affair.
