    Verdict

Major Valentine has won two of three outings this year and is penalised for winning at Chepstow earlier in the week. Lethal Angel is fitted with headgear for the first time after placing at Doncaster while National Glory was beaten only a neck at Windsor recently and is another to consider. It’s a long time since Suzi's Connoisseur last won on Turf though was placed at Ascot last week while Big Lachie finished in front of Madrinho when fourth at Leicester. EMILY GOLDFINCH has been keeping better company than this having won four times last season. She’s now back on the same mark as when successful over track and trip in October and it could be her turn again today.
