        Verdict

        In a race that lacks strength in depth, we will side with Just A Try ahead of Sonny Parkin and Smooth Jazz. Following his Windsor win, Just A Try looked as though he didn't stay when tried over further last time. Back in trip today, he can get back to winning ways. Sonny Parkin also drops back in trip and could well build on his earlier promise in a light career in doing so. Smooth Jazz is a likeable type and maybe a mile will prove to be his trip. He could go well, though, as most of the others seem to have something to prove also. However, for the winner, we are happy to side with Just A Try.
